Privacy Policy

This page covers this website (assetr.io) only. AssetR the product is self-hosted — once you deploy it, everything you enter runs against your own database on your own infrastructure. We never see it, host it, or have access to it.

Contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, and message, plus whatever you select as your reason for writing (and, depending on that reason, your company name or which AssetR version you're running). Submissions go directly from your browser to our form processor, Web3Forms, which relays them to us by email — there's no server of ours in between. Web3Forms handles that data under its own privacy policy as an independent processor.

Analytics

In production, this site uses Google Firebase Analytics (GA4) to record page views — automatically, for every visitor, with no separate consent prompt. It uses cookies in the way GA4 standardly does. We don't log any custom events beyond that, and we don't use any other analytics or tracking script.

Theme preference

Your light/dark mode choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and isn't personal data.

Live demo

The “Launch live demo” button opens a separate, shared, publicly reachable instance of AssetR itself (demo.assetr.io) — not this website. Anyone can sign in with the published demo credentials and see whatever is currently in it. Anything you add there (test assets, employees, etc.) is genuinely saved and visible to other visitors, and may be reset at any time — don't enter real names, passwords, or any other sensitive information into the demo.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or how it's handled changes, this page will be updated to reflect it.
